This Privacy Policy describes how Latitude ("Latitude", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and discloses information in connection with the website on which this policy is published (the "Site"). By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected by third-party websites or services that may be linked from the Site, including social media platforms, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide to us directly when you use the forms on the Site:

  • Contact form: your name, the name of your business, a description of your business, how customers find your business, the type of service you are interested in, your email address, and any additional information you choose to include in your message.
  • Waitlist form: your email address.

We also receive certain technical information automatically when you access the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, pages requested and the date and time of your request. This information is recorded in standard server logs maintained by our hosting provider.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form and to evaluate and prepare proposals for the services requested.
  • To notify you, if you have joined the waitlist, when the product or content you registered interest in becomes available.
  • To operate, maintain and secure the Site.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the information collected through the Site for advertising, and we do not add you to marketing communications that you have not requested.

4. Service providers

We use third-party service providers to operate the Site. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which transmits the information you enter to us by email. The Site is hosted by Vercel, Inc., which maintains server logs as described above. These providers process information on our behalf and in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information where required to do so by law, regulation or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. The Site uses session storage in your browser to hold a single temporary value that controls page loading behavior during your visit. This value contains no personal information and is discarded when your browsing session ends. If the Site begins to use cookies or analytics in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Data retention

Information submitted through the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and to conduct any resulting engagement, and for a reasonable period thereafter. Waitlist email addresses are retained until the corresponding notification has been sent or until you request removal. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider in accordance with its standard retention practices.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to request removal from the waitlist, contact us using the details in Section 10. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, please contact us so that it can be deleted.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy.
